Adding your team and sending quizzes
How to add staff, how their private links work, and the fastest way to get a quiz onto everyone's phone.
Your team
Your staff never install an app and never create a password. Each person gets their own private web link that opens straight in their phone's browser.
Adding people
- Share the staff join link from your dashboard. Staff enter their details and explicitly opt in to WhatsApp.
- Approve new joiners in the dashboard before they join the active training roster.
- Generate a quiz from your menu.
- Use Send to WhatsApp for approved, opted-in staff, then choose an automatic quiz schedule. Staff open their private link in a browser.
You can also add staff manually for link-based practice, but a stored number alone is not WhatsApp consent. Use the join link to collect staff opt-in.
What your staff see
- No app to install and nothing to log into — the link just works.
- About 10 questions, taking roughly 3 minutes.
- It works on any phone browser, so it's easy to do on a break or before service.
A tip that works: send the link during a pre-shift briefing and give everyone three minutes to do it there and then. This gives the manager a practical opportunity to help anyone who cannot open the link.
