How to add staff, how their private links work, and the fastest way to get a quiz onto everyone's phone.
Your team
Your staff never install an app and never create a password. Each person gets their own private web link that opens straight in their phone's browser.
Adding people
- Open your dashboard and add each staff member by name.
- Generate a quiz from your menu.
- Share each person's private link — copy it, or send it straight to their WhatsApp in a tap.
There's also a join link you can share with the whole team, so people can add themselves rather than you typing everyone in.
What your staff see
- No app to install and nothing to log into — the link just works.
- About 10 questions, taking roughly 3 minutes.
- It works on any phone browser, so it's easy to do on a break or before service.
A tip that works: send the link during a pre-shift briefing and give everyone three minutes to do it there and then. Completion rates are far higher than sending it and hoping.
