What happens when my menu changes?
Update your menu (paste the new one or snap a photo) and the next quiz is built from it automatically. Your menu is the course — seasonal menus, specials and new wine lists stay covered.
Do my staff need to install an app?
No. Staff who have opted in receive a private WhatsApp link that opens in their phone browser. No staff account or password is required. A short quiz typically takes a few minutes.
How long does setup take?
Add your menu, share the staff join link, approve opted-in staff and generate your first quiz. Choose a schedule for recurring delivery. Setup time depends on your menu and team.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You're only charged if you add a card and choose to continue — do nothing and the trial simply ends, with nothing billed. Your menus, staff and scores stay safe either way, so you can pick up where you left off.
Is my menu and team data safe?
Yes. Every venue's data is fully isolated from every other venue's, and we never share or sell it. See our Privacy policy for the details.
What is a candidate screening?
A short, ready-made hospitality-knowledge test you send to a job applicant before you interview them. It isn't built from your menu — it draws from a vetted bank of general hospitality questions (service, wine, food safety and more). The applicant opens a private link, answers about 20 questions on their phone, and you see their score. They never see the correct answers or their result.
Can I use it for hiring?
Yes — create a candidate screening link, send it to an applicant, and see their hospitality-knowledge score before the interview. They can't see the answers or their score.
