Results appear in your dashboard the moment someone finishes. You don't have to mark anything — every quiz is scored automatically.

What you can see

• Each person's score, and who hasn't taken the latest quiz yet.
• The questions your team gets wrong most often — your menu's weak spots.
• How the team's average is trending week to week.

Your weekly email

Once a week you get a short summary by email: the team average versus last week, who's still to take it, the most improved person, and the topics worth covering in your next briefing. You never have to log in to know whether it's working.

Making it count

The five-minute routine that pays for itself: praise the top score publicly, and take the most-missed topic into your next pre-shift briefing. Repeat weekly. That loop is what turns scores into service.
