Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to InnQuizzitive, operated by Lotus River AI.

Subscriptions

InnQuizzitive is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• When you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
• After that, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time.
• If you believe you were charged in error, or there are exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@innquizzitive.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
• Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, no payment card is required and you will not be charged during the trial. When the trial ends it simply expires — your subscription does not begin automatically. To continue, you add a payment method and choose a paid plan.
